Retreats
Where and when are the next retreats?
In 2026: Perth (3 – 8 Nov 2026); Bali (16 – 20 Dec 2026). In 2027 we have ten editions planned: Japan (17 – 21 Feb 2027); Bali (17 – 21 Mar 2027); Bali (25 – 29 Mar 2027); Perth (20 – 25 Apr 2027); Phuket (13 – 17 May 2027); Phuket (19 – 23 May 2027); Phuket (5 – 9 Aug 2027); Phuket (11 – 15 Aug 2027); Perth (9 – 14 Nov 2027); Bali (1 – 5 Dec 2027). Where we can, we plan around Singapore long weekends so you take less leave.
How much does a retreat cost?
Prices differ by retreat. Perth, 3 – 8 Nov 2026, starts from US$1,999 per person on twin share, or US$2,599 for a private room. Each brochure shows the price and currency for that trip.
Who are the retreats for?
All levels are welcome. Weekend warriors, former juniors, club players and people who are newer to tennis all join us. On the call we learn about your game so we can group you well on court.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Many guests join solo and leave with new friends. If you'd like to share a room, we can pair you with another guest. Shared rooms are same-gender only.
What's included in a retreat?
Accommodation, the meals listed in the itinerary, tennis sessions and group workouts, Baseline merchandise and the retreat experiences. Each brochure lists the full details.
What's not included?
Flights, travel insurance and personal expenses, unless your package says otherwise. Airport transfers aren't part of the fee, but we ask for your landing time and help arrange transport for the group.
Do I need to be fit to join?
You should be in good health and able to take part in tennis and fitness sessions. Every activity is optional. Let us know about any injuries, medical conditions or dietary needs before the trip so we can plan for you.
Can the schedule change?
Sometimes. Weather or availability can mean changes to the schedule, activities or coaches. We let you know as early as we can.
Will I appear in photos or videos?
We take photos and videos during the retreat and may use them on our website and social media. By joining, you agree to this use.
Booking and payment
How do I book a retreat?
There are five steps. 1) Apply for a spot and pick a time for a quick chat with our team. 2) Choose your retreat and room type, private or twin share. 3) We send you an invoice with your package and total price. 4) Pay the 50% deposit, and your spot is secured once we receive it. 5) We ask for your landing time, email and t-shirt size, and help arrange transport for the group.
Why do you ask for a call first?
We speak with everyone who applies. The call helps us understand your tennis background and what you'd like from the trip, so the group is a good fit for you.
How much is the deposit?
50% of your retreat price. It secures your spot. The balance is due before the retreat, and the date is on your invoice.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. A 3.5% card fee is added to the amount. You can also pay by bank transfer to the account on your invoice.
What currency are prices in?
Each retreat brochure shows its prices and currency. Early bird and standard rates depend on availability and deadlines.
Changes and refunds
What if I can't make it?
Bookings are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to a friend up to 14 days before the retreat. If something unexpected comes up, contact us and we'll look at the options with you.
What if the retreat is cancelled?
If we cancel because of events outside our control, such as a natural disaster, you receive a full refund or a credit for a future retreat.
Should I get travel insurance?
We suggest getting travel insurance that covers cancellations and medical costs when you book your flights.
