About The Baseline

Built by a
community.

We started on one court in Singapore. Today we run international retreats and local camps in Singapore, and everyone is welcome to join in.

Our story

It started with one Saturday.

The Baseline began as a Saturday afternoon camp at Upp East, for people who wanted to get better at tennis and enjoy doing it.

There was no big plan. People came back the next week, and they brought friends. That camp still runs every Saturday from 4 to 6pm. It is our signature programme, and it is where a lot of our members first met.

Then we started travelling together. One retreat became many, in places like Phuket, Bali, Perth, Shanghai and Beijing. The settings change. The feeling of the group stays the same.

We started The Baseline to bring communities together and to build strong relationships between sport and wellness. We are that bridge.

Founder's message

A note from Bradley.

Our mission is to bring the best of tennis to life.

I grew up in tennis. I was Singapore's Junior No. 1, played Junior Davis Cup in 2014 and trained at the Sánchez-Casal Academy in Barcelona. My dad came to my tournaments and managed my training. Today he is part of The Baseline, and building this alongside him means a lot to me.

I started The Baseline before I felt ready. What I have learned since is simple. People matter more than plans. Showing up every week matters more than one big day. And you don't have to build alone.

If you join us for a camp, a lesson or a retreat, I hope you leave a better player, with a few new friends. Wherever you are in your game, there is a place for you here.

What we stand for

B.A.S.E

B

Builder

Look for that 1% of growth. Small gains add up over time. Every session, rally and drill is a chance to be a little better than yesterday.

A

Attitude

Negative energy is wasted energy. A missed shot is just the next point waiting to be played. We choose how we respond, on court and off it.

S

Synergy

Synergy starts with how you show up each day. When we're grateful for the moment, we can be fully present in it, alongside the people around us.

E

Enjoyment

Why play a sport if you don't enjoy it? Mastery doesn't have to be painful. We build every session to challenge you and leave you wanting to come back.
